For us, consultancy mainly involves looking for opportunities. Opportunities we always find by using creative solutions and implementing them; so not just an analysis and strategic advice. But also delivering the agreed milestones and required output. It is this combination of elements that makes our consultancy approach unique and measurable.

We have completed consultancy projects in the Netherlands (M&A) and are currently working for platforms in Belgium, Malta, and Portugal. Sometimes we work together with established international management consultancy firms and contribute due to our extensive content knowledge and track record in the market.
